ProCaster™ dry mix is highly versatile and can be used for various residential and commercial applications such as: making casts for statuary, ceramics, dental plates, fine metal parts for precision instruments, and surgical splints. It is superior material to other alternatives for the internal plastering of all structure, this system replaces sand and cement master.

Special fertilizer grade is also available:
An increasing amount of gypsum is used in agriculture and horticulture predominantly to improve heavy clay soils. It improves soil structure so that it is better drained and so that plants grow better. Gypsum is also a good calcium and sulphur fertiliser.

ProCaster™ Application

Getting started:

Just buy a bag of ProCaster™ Plaster of Paris and a rubber or plastic mould and you are ready to go. You mix up the plaster with water and pour it into the mould and 1 hour later you have a plaster model that you can paint! You can re-use the mould many times and when you run out of plaster of Paris you can buy more from a hardware shop.

Tips:

• You can speed the setting of plaster of Paris by adding some gypsum and you can slow it by adding a few drops of lemon juice. Don't add too much or it will take ages!
• You can add some colors for colorful artwork pieces.
• Your waste plaster is really good for your garden so spread it around - especially in places where drainage is bad! It will disappear after a few weeks (it dissolves slowly in the rain).

Precaution:

When mixed with water 'Plaster of Paris' hardens and then becomes hot. DO NOT attempt to make a cast enclosing any part of the body with 'Plaster of Paris'. Failure to follow these instructions may cause severe burns that may require surgical removal of the affected tissue.
