Classic
Classic gypsum board is a light weight board is designed for interior walls or ceilings in new residential construction, renovation projects or commercial which require no special protection from fire or moisture.
AquaBloc
AquaBloc gypsum boards is a specially processed panel, which are manufactured using a green face paper added with special water repellent additives encased to withstand the effect of moisture and high humidity. It intended to provide a moisture resistant base for the adhesive application of ceramic or plastic tile and plastic-faced wall panels in limited wet areas, e.g., bathrooms, powder rooms, kitchens, laundry, and utility rooms.
AquaBloc is not to be used in areas with direct exposure to water or continuous high humidity, e.g., shower surrounds, saunas, steam rooms, or indoor swimming pools.
FireBloc
FireBloc gypsum board is the preferred product for wall partitions and ceiling which requires special protection from fire. The core has been reinforced with the addition of fibers, increasing its strength and providing fire resistance ratings when used in tested assemblies. In construction today, fire protection remains a primary consideration and we take pride in the reliability and effectiveness of our fire resistant board.
M-HBloc
M-HBloc gypsum board is a multipurpose board which is especially design where moisture and heat resistance is required. Classis Gypsum wallboard is bonded with the special aluminum foil sheet at the back liner of the board to provide 95% reflection of thermal radiation, allowing comfort temperature level in the area. In Cold climates, this panel forms an effective vapor retarder for walls and ceiling when applied with foil surface next to framing on interior of the exterior wall. M-HBloc Gypsum panels provide a water-vapor retarder to help prevent interior moisture from entering wall and ceiling spaces.
Board-wise Specifications
Types of Board Edges
ProBoard™ comes in two different types of edges, which are designed for particular type of work. Using the suitable type of edge provides better appearance and looks.
Square Edge (S.E):
Suitable for Ceilings and interior Walls, requires no jointing.
Tapered Edge (T.E):
Suitable for Ceilings that need smooth level finish and for interior walls, requires jointing. Tapered edges give more space for bedding the joint filler and tape. As a result a seamless fine finish is achieved at joints.
Storage:
Gypsum board should be kept in a cool and dry area. Put support at every 50cm to prevent the board from touching the floor directly. The storeroom should allow ventilation.
Limitation:
Gypsum board is an interior product; it is not recommended for use in areas exposed to extreme or continues moisture such as saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pool.
Suspended Ceilings
ProBoard™ Lay-in Suspended Ceilings provides an elegant, yet cost effective solution and aesthetically- pleasing finish.
Suspended ceilings are ideal for concealing unsightly services and/or untidy structural elements in commercial buildings. It is comprised of suspended steel framing system, which clad with Gypsum Boards sheets. The finish surface would be smooth and may receive direct decoration such as painting and pasting of wallpaper. It is mostly used in areas with the modern and innovative designs are required and also are used where the plain ceiling is required. Compared with combustible wooden ceiling, Gypsum Board ceiling provides a safer and fire resistive environment.

All commercial and residential projects, such as: Factories, departmental stores, hospitals, office building, houses, and restaurants etc.
Installation of Suspended Ceiling:
This system is most practical and easy comprises of a galvanized steel primary support channel, secondary channel and high quality Gypsum board which provide a smooth finish ceiling without joints.
Installation Steps:
- Determine the required ceiling level and mark the position of steel angle.
- Use gunpowder nailing to secure the wire hanger on the ceiling.
- Combine the wire hangers with the channel bracket to suspend the main channel.
- Tie the furring channel to the main channels by the wire coupling clips.
- Screw up the G.I. Angle on the wall.
- Adjust all levels and alignments of the whole concealed system precisely.
- Fix the ProBoard™ with ProScrew™ spacing 24cm on the surface of furring channel and G.I.Angle.
- Finish the joint with ProFiller™ to hide the screw heads and allow to set/dry before painting.

Wall Partitions
ProBoard™ Drywall is a cost-effective, light weight, non-demountable partition system devoid of visible joints when complete.
Drywall partition system is a good combination of traditional and new building method and it is the fastest way to refurbish existing walls. The internal framework comprises standard ridgeback stud and drywall track profiles, manufactured from galvanised steel. Tapered-edge gypsum board is screw-fixed to the studs, allowing for plaster jointing and decoration following installation.
Compared with wooden partitions, Gypsum board partition can provide a safer and fire resistive wall.
Primary Uses:
All commercial and residential projects, such as: Studio apartments and offices, factories, departmental stores, hospitals, office building, houses, restaurants, etc.
Installation of Drywall:
This system consists of Gypsum boards screw fixed to light weight galvanized metal sections and joint finished for smooth level finish.
Installation Steps:
- Mark the building position with an inked string.
- Fix U-Track channel along center line of floors and ceiling at 60cm.
- Cut C-Stud into correct dimensions, according to actual height.
- Insert the studs laterally into the track.
- Lift Gypsum wallboard 10mm over the floor, fix 12mm, TE board on one side.
- Fill in the acoustic and thermal insulations.
- Seal the other side with 12mm Arish™ T.E Gypsum wallboard using 25mm drywall screws.
- Finish the joint with Arish™ ProFiller™ compound to hide the screw heads.
- Then stick joint tape on the board, apply second coat of ProFiller™, leave it for 24 hours for drying.
- Grind the exposed compound with abrasive paper.
- Ready for Painting or pasting wall papers.

Wall lining system is an innovative and the fastest way to refurbish existing walls. It can be used only as an interior wall lining material which can be installed on concrete or masonry walls, reducing masonry work for speedy installation at low cost with minimum wet work.
Independent metal frame system enables wall lining to be used over all types of back ground, this system consists of fixing light weight galvanized metal frame on the masonry/block walls with Gypsum board screw fixed and joint finished.
It can take various different forms and textures depending on use; it allows easy decoration by either painting or wallpaper.

Wall lining system provides simple and effective techniques for fixing Gypsum Board to brick, block and concrete walls.
Independent metal frame system:
Steps:
- Determine cavity depth required and mark lines to floor and ceiling to indicate positioning perimeter channel.
- Fix expansion bolt 6mm to perimeter channel, at 60cm center.
- Mark lines on the wall at 60cm intervals to indicate fixing bracket center.
- Mark horizontal lines at 80cm center to indicate fixing bracket position.
- Fix bracket with expansion bolt 6mm
- Cut channel section to the height of lining.
- Friction fit channel into perimeter channel and set inside 2 legs of bracket.
- Fix 12mm thickness ProBoard to all framing members at 30cm center using ProScrews.
- Finish board joints, with joint taping hide screw heads with ProFiller and leave it for 24 hours for drying.
- Grind the exposed compound with abrasive paper.
- Ready for Painting or pasting wall papers.
