Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum
Arish™ Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum Ceiling Tiles are manufactured with an incombustible gypsum core, added with glass fiber for strength which also provides excellent sound absorption qualities. They come in variety of plain white and colored patterns, offering a sense of elegance, fine craftsmanship, performance, and affordability.

The tile is not affected by washing or cleaning the tile surface.
Grid Ceiling System:
Grid Ceiling system promotes complete design flexibility and installed in exposed T-Bar metal system or similar lay-in-modular grid suspended ceiling system.
Grid system ensures the precise and easy installation of ceiling tiles. The Grid system is mobile, thus can be moved to another location if required.
Applications:
Ideal for use in executive offices, lobbies, hospitals, hotels, conference rooms, computer labs and restaurants.
Installation of Grid Ceiling:
This system is easy to install, it gives better access for both working and maintenance area. The complete system consists of T-Bar metal system.
Steps:
- Determine the required ceiling level, mark the position and fix the wall Angle on the wall. Screws, stub nails or dry fasteners should be used for installation onto wall angles, depending on type of wall.
- The main Tee should be suspended from the overhead structure with gauge 14 galvanized steel wires together with a hanger bracket; the spacing for the main Tee should be 48” or 24” from center to center
- Cross Tee should be inserted into the Main Tee slot and locked into position using slight forward pressure.
- Adjust all levels and alignments of the whole grid system precisely,
- Install Arish square-cut Gypsum Tile as required.
